3. Contract Conclusion

By placing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products into your shopping cart without obligation and check your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. A contract is formed when you accept the offer by clicking the order button. You will receive confirmation by email immediately after placing the order.

All prices are final prices and include applicable VAT. Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the order process.

If individual clauses of these Terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The laws of Germany  shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
